Abstract
La survenue, 25 ans après l'installation d'une neuropathie évocatrice d'une maladie de Charcot-Marie-Tooth de type II, d'un syndrome parkinsonien dopasensible, a conduit a discuter la possible relation entre les 2 affections. En dehors de la maladie de Machado-Joseph, une telle association semble exceptionnelle. Le caractère fortuit de celle-ci ne pouvait donc être exclu. Toutefois, la description récente de 7 observations familiales et sporadiques d'un syndrome caractérisé par une neuropathie périphérique, familiale 5 fois sur 7, suite que années plus tard d'un syndrome parkinsonien dopasensible, conduit à discuter l'unicité génétique de cette association
